I preface this post with an important announcement. In order to avoid being confused with my town’s Russian spy, I have decided to forego sharing any hydrangea photos for this rest of this summer. You have been warned. (Or maybe my hydrangea just looks like crap…?)
Anyway, here are some of my favorites of the summer flowers…

Blanket Flower with Bonus Bee

Shasta Daisies

Irish-Eyed Susans

Summer Phlox
Now I need to get out and take some photos of the gorgeous lilies that are finally (second year in the ground) doing their thing in the wild garden to the left of my front door.

Nice! I haven’t had shasta daisies for years and I haven’t had phlox since I was a young woman, ages and ages ago. Thanks for sharing. Your photos are beautiful.

To coin an english phrase those “bloody” phlox are awesome…. err…um… well, you get what I mean. Now about the hydrangea, you really need to speak with central command in Moscow…. oh, this is a public blog isn’t it…. oops.
